West Ferlochan is a well appointed 4 star cottage located in Benderloch, near Oban in Argyll. Our stunning self-catering cottage offers a peaceful and comfortable retreat surrounded by Galloway and Highland Cattle, rolling farmland and breathtaking views. It is situated by the A828 Oban/Fort William road and therefore provides excellent access to the best of the West Highlands and a whole range of recreational facilities. Just a 20 minute drive to Oban - " the Gateway to the Isles" or a 50 minute drive to Fort William - described as "the outdoor capital of the UK".

The cottage is situated on our 220 acre grass and woodland farm. It is the home to our Highland Cattle, namely Sguir Mor Fold and our Galloway cattle namely, Ashfield Pedigree Galloways. Willie MacLean, our Farm Manager, will be pleased to show you both the farm and the cattle upon request.
